All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed when the order is placed.
4. Delivery Charges
Our current standard delivery charges are:
Inside Dhaka: ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳150
Delivery charges will be shown during checkout before the customer places the order.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. Customers should pay the total order amount, including applicable delivery charges, when receiving the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control. Customers should provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address.
7. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. An order may not be cancellable once it has been handed over to the courier or dispatched for delivery.
8. Returns, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact LagbeToh as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order. Please keep the product, packaging and relevant proof such as photos or videos where applicable.
Return, replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the condition of the product, the nature of the issue and our applicable return/refund policy.
